The Town of Lookout Mountain, GA has selected RGH Partners ("RGH") as the successful RFP respondent to plan and construct a mixed-use development for the Town Center

The Town of Lookout Mountain has reserved two parcels at the "Main and Main" intersection to be specifically developed for a Mixed-Use project that brings new amenities to the Mountain. Approximately 20,000 SF between 2 separate buildings, the development will house restaurant, retail, and office space on the first floor with Class-A lofts for both market-rate and STR seated above.

An affluent bedroom community of the Chattanooga market, this high barrier to entry market boasts great proximity to a growing city, and is the home of major tourist attractions in Rock City and Ruby Falls.

Pre-leasing is underway and construction is scheduled to start in 2023.
